Details:

Magnum 250 aquarium filter pump. It appears to be complete, as far the pieces hardware are concerned. Please see pictures for included parts, and overall condition. The original box is there, but it has lots of water damage.

I plugged it in, and does run. There is no charcoal, but still a new filter cartridge included. The unit is pretty clean, except for some calcium, and algae stains on external tubes. From a batch of local estate items.
