Instruction manual included. Rinsed it off and dried out. Comes with short silicone airline tubing, control valve, and plug for port. Pretty much new.

I would say it is not the quietest power head, but has quite a strong output. It was only used in my tank for about 30 minutes before I took out. Sunsun jp aquarium power head 158 gph recently purchased this power head only to find out it is too powerful for my tank. Comes with flexible black tubing to divert output and plug for side if unused.
